August is just flying by.... we spent a couple of days at Kalahari Waterpark, the girls had a great time splishin' and splashin'. The weather was terrific and it was perfect. Both girls really enjoyed the wave pool, the racing slides and the water coaster. As a family, we literally threw ourselves all over the park in rafts.
When we got back from Sandusky, we went peach and blackberry pickin' - yummy! Friends of ours have an orchard and let us roam with our baskets. Peach and Blackberry Cobbler - the quintessential taste of August. I can't believe the summer of 2008 is almost over. We tried to enjoy it to the fullest, I'm pretty sure we succeeded.
