After a 4 hours of teaching, the girls and I spent the afternoon down on Heritage Farms in Peninsula. We played in the corn, took a hay ride, had a great time on the scavenger hunt and sipped apple cider. It was the perfect Fall day to be outside and we took full advantage!
Sunday brought 80 degree weather, so we made a beeline to the shores of Lake Erie!!!
Sun, sand and surf at East Harbor, 11 year old cheddar at the Cheesehaven, spaghetti at Phil's, treasure hunting at the "rock beach" on Catawba and homemade ice cream!!! It was almost like summer, except for all the leaves changing!!!
